Frequently Asked Questions

What type of coffee is TCB suitable for?

The Chamber blend from KG is suitable for those who enjoy a bold and full-bodied coffee experience. It is ideal for espresso lovers and can also be used for various brewing methods, including French press and pour-over. The rich flavours of dark chocolate and candied cherries make it a versatile choice for both black coffee and milk-based beverages.

What are the key flavour notes in TCB?

TCB features deep, indulgent notes of dark chocolate complemented by hints of candied cherries. This combination creates a robust flavour profile that is both exciting and satisfying, making it an excellent choice for those who appreciate complex coffee flavours.

What is the blend composition of TCB?

TCB is blended from high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans. This combination provides a robust coffee experience, with Arabica contributing to the flavour complexity and Robusta adding body and strength, resulting in a well-rounded cup.

How should I store TCB for optimal freshness?

To maintain the freshness of TCB, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid exposure to light, moisture, and strong odours, as these can affect the flavour. For the best taste, consume the coffee within a few weeks of opening.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had my ECM Synchronika serviced by Espresso Works recently and figured the service was worth writing a review of my excellent experience. I bought my machine second hand and immediately encountered a leak from my flow control valve. Another 5-star rated company charged me an absolute fortune and didn't resolve the issue until the second visit. I had to show them how to fix the leak, and that it was two perished o-rings that caused it. The fix only requires 10 minutes of work and a few dollars in parts. They also returned my machine with a dent and several scratches. The reason I include this anecdote is because it doesn't seem uncommon for companies to offer servicing and repairs for premium machines and not actually know what they're doing or take any care in the quality of their work. Espresso Works is a welcome exception to this. Meaghan organised for Dom to both collect and return my machine; both times were prompt and on time. When it was returned, all surfaces had been wiped down and looked almost new again. All my valves, levers and taps are smoother and quieter than I'd have expected them to be on a several year old machine! They listened to what my concerns were about the machine before pickup and these were reflected in the service report on my invoice where each issue was looked into. In short, I highly recommend Espresso Works to anyone with a premium machine, especially those with ECM machines, as the work done on mine is fantastic and the experience interacting with their company was great.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Top quality customer service. Great product range for high-end home coffee machines. I had small issues with my Torre Peppina. They sent a technician straight away to get it fixed and followed up to ensure the machine was working perfectly. I recommend buying with a local like Espresso Works Perth WA for the extra assistance post-sale.
