Applauded for its ingenious balance of advanced features and architectural design, the Bicocca is an extraordinary espresso machine on which to make, explore and taste coffee at the highest level.
Engineered to deliver incredible flavours and consistent results in the cup, the Bicocca features independently controlled dual boilers, 2 programmable volumetric recipes, and an intuitive 3.5-inch touch-screen interface built into the upper face of the group head. The barista can dial in a recipe, brew with consistent volumetric output, and adjust on the fly when needed. The design philosophy aligns these innovative technical features with a bold, purposeful aesthetic — geometric panel lines reinforce solidity and reliability, while the new cylindrical group head is visually striking and deliberately separated from the body of the machine. Available in chrome or black, the Bicocca is a true statement piece for the most serious home barista.
