With a daily output of up to 100 cups and the ability to brew both hot and cold beverages, it is ideal for medium-to-large workplaces needing consistent quality and minimal downtime. Its dual thermo-block boiler allows for simultaneous brewing and milk frothing, ensuring fast service without compromising on taste.
The Saeco SE180 is a high-performance fully automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine designed for busy office environments, showrooms, hospitality venues, and medium-to-large workplaces where great coffee and minimal downtime are equally non-negotiable. With an advised daily output of up to 100 cups, an hourly capacity of 80–120 cups, and a generous 8L built-in water tank (with optional mains plumbing), the SE180 delivers serious bean-to-cup throughput in a compact, easy-to-use package.
Manufactured in Italy by Saeco — one of the most established names in fully automatic coffee since 1981 — the SE180 steps up from its smaller sibling, the SE120, with a significantly larger water tank, more power, and the ability to brew cold coffee, cold latte, and cold cappuccino (simply add ice and the machine does the rest). A dual thermo-block boiler with dual hydraulic circuit ensures fast, consistent temperatures across both coffee and steam for simultaneous brewing and milk frothing, while the high-speed milk system produces 80–120 cups of barista-quality coffee per hour. A 10.1″ colour touchscreen with up to 30 programmable beverage selections, multilingual support, and an LED-lit dispense area makes the SE180 equally at home in self-service or staffed environments.

Had my ECM Synchronika serviced by Espresso Works recently and figured the service was worth writing a review of my excellent experience. I bought my machine second hand and immediately encountered a leak from my flow control valve. Another 5-star rated company charged me an absolute fortune and didn't resolve the issue until the second visit. I had to show them how to fix the leak, and that it was two perished o-rings that caused it. The fix only requires 10 minutes of work and a few dollars in parts. They also returned my machine with a dent and several scratches. The reason I include this anecdote is because it doesn't seem uncommon for companies to offer servicing and repairs for premium machines and not actually know what they're doing or take any care in the quality of their work. Espresso Works is a welcome exception to this. Meaghan organised for Dom to both collect and return my machine; both times were prompt and on time. When it was returned, all surfaces had been wiped down and looked almost new again. All my valves, levers and taps are smoother and quieter than I'd have expected them to be on a several year old machine! They listened to what my concerns were about the machine before pickup and these were reflected in the service report on my invoice where each issue was looked into. In short, I highly recommend Espresso Works to anyone with a premium machine, especially those with ECM machines, as the work done on mine is fantastic and the experience interacting with their company was great.Posted on Google![]()

Top quality customer service. Great product range for high-end home coffee machines. I had small issues with my Torre Peppina. They sent a technician straight away to get it fixed and followed up to ensure the machine was working perfectly. I recommend buying with a local like Espresso Works Perth WA for the extra assistance post-sale.Posted on Google![]()
