The Eureka Atom 60 Electronic Coffee Grinder is a compact commercial espresso grinder designed for cafés and serious home setups. It features 60mm hardened steel flat burrs that provide versatility across various brewing methods, from espresso to filter coffee. With its patented stepless micrometric adjustment system, users can achieve precise grind control, and the Silent Technology reduces operating noise, making it suitable for both professional and home environments.
The Eureka Atom 60 Electronic is the entry point into Eureka’s commercial Atom range — a compact yet capable on-demand espresso grinder hand-built in Florence, Italy by Eureka, the brand crafting commercial and home grinders since 1920. Bridging the gap between the home-focused Mignon series and Eureka’s larger commercial grinders, the Atom 60 brings genuine commercial credentials to specialty home setups, small-to-medium cafés, and roasteries that demand precision, versatility, and reliability without the footprint or price of a flagship grinder.
At the heart of the Atom 60 are 60mm hardened steel flat burrs with Eureka’s specialist all-purpose geometry — designed to grind beautifully across the full spectrum from espresso through to filter, French press, and Turkish brew. Output sits at 1.9–3.1 g/s for espresso and 2.5–3.7 g/s for brew, comfortably handling small-volume café throughput while remaining ideal for a serious home espresso program. Eureka’s patented stepless micrometric adjustment system delivers smooth, infinite grind control with precise micro-adjustments — perfect for dialling in across light and dark roasts. The bottom burr adjustment design preserves your grind setting between disassemblies, and the high-speed maintenance design lets you dismantle the burr holder set quickly for cleaning without losing your dial-in.
The Atom 60 brings Eureka’s Silent Technology — anti-vibration components and sound insulation reduce operating noise by approximately 20dB compared to conventional grinders, making it whisper-quiet for early-morning service or open-plan home setups. The colour display with built-in dose counter and integrated spotlight on the portafilter holder elevates the workflow above home-grade grinders, and the ACE (Anti-Clumping & Electrostaticity) system distributes fluffy, evenly-spread grounds with minimal static. The all-purpose adjustable hands-free portafilter fork accommodates any portafilter, and the 510g bean hopper provides enough capacity for sustained service. Finished in chrome for a premium polished aesthetic that suits modern specialty café fitouts and serious home espresso bars alike.

Had my ECM Synchronika serviced by Espresso Works recently and figured the service was worth writing a review of my excellent experience. I bought my machine second hand and immediately encountered a leak from my flow control valve. Another 5-star rated company charged me an absolute fortune and didn't resolve the issue until the second visit. I had to show them how to fix the leak, and that it was two perished o-rings that caused it. The fix only requires 10 minutes of work and a few dollars in parts. They also returned my machine with a dent and several scratches. The reason I include this anecdote is because it doesn't seem uncommon for companies to offer servicing and repairs for premium machines and not actually know what they're doing or take any care in the quality of their work. Espresso Works is a welcome exception to this. Meaghan organised for Dom to both collect and return my machine; both times were prompt and on time. When it was returned, all surfaces had been wiped down and looked almost new again. All my valves, levers and taps are smoother and quieter than I'd have expected them to be on a several year old machine! They listened to what my concerns were about the machine before pickup and these were reflected in the service report on my invoice where each issue was looked into. In short, I highly recommend Espresso Works to anyone with a premium machine, especially those with ECM machines, as the work done on mine is fantastic and the experience interacting with their company was great.Posted on Google![]()

Top quality customer service. Great product range for high-end home coffee machines. I had small issues with my Torre Peppina. They sent a technician straight away to get it fixed and followed up to ensure the machine was working perfectly. I recommend buying with a local like Espresso Works Perth WA for the extra assistance post-sale.Posted on Google![]()
