The Slingshot Talis S75 Coffee Grinder is a commercial-grade espresso grinder designed for specialty cafés. It excels in delivering consistent and precise grind results, making it suitable for high-volume environments, handling over 50kg of coffee per week. The innovative Zero-Gravity Hopper ensures accurate dosing and minimal grinding variations, while the intuitive joystick interface allows for quick adjustments to grind time, making it user-friendly for any barista.
The Slingshot Talis S75 is the ideal grinder for the specialty café — a flagship on-demand machine engineered in Perth where consistency, low retention, and precision grinding are the qualities that define every shot. Built around a massive 75mm flat burr set and the patented Zero-Gravity Hopper, the Talis S75 dispatches a 20g dose in just 4–5 seconds and is comfortable handling 50kg+ per week of throughput. The Zero-Gravity Hopper’s dual-chamber design guarantees a consistent flow of beans into the grinder, improving dose accuracy, eliminating grinding variations, and reducing the migration of smaller beans to the bottom of the hopper. Dosing is handled by an intuitive joystick-driven interface with on-the-fly grind-time adjustments in 0.05-second increments — fast, precise, and effortless tweaks without navigating complicated menus. The step-less micrometric grinding system gives precise grind-size control via a tactile rotating dial, with the option to disengage the dial and use the front lever for faster, larger-scale changes. The patented Coffee Flow Funnel — a brachistochrone-curve geometry that follows the fastest path under gravity — guides grounds smoothly and centred across the basket, improving tamp prep, reducing mess and waste, and helping eliminate channelling. The innovative tool-free EasyClean anti-clumping system can be inspected and cleaned without removing the burrs, while the Memory Position Burrs sliding system makes burr service quick and precise — automatically returning to the original calibration so any staff member can handle upkeep without re-alignment, downtime, or technician call-outs. An integrated cooling fan controls internal airflow to maintain a constant grinding-chamber temperature, and Burrs Life Monitoring tracks total grinding time, alerting when burrs are due for replacement. Reversible CNC honeycomb steel side panels in Natural Steel and Matte Black come standard, with optional Pure White, Red, or fully custom-colour panel kits available — a flagship grinder built to be both genuinely capable and visually unique on any bar.
The Slingshot Talis S75 Coffee Grinder is designed for specialty cafés and high-volume coffee shops that require consistent and precise grinding for espresso. Its robust construction and advanced features make it ideal for baristas who demand reliability and efficiency in their workflow, handling over 50kg of coffee per week.
The Slingshot Talis S75 features a powerful 75mm flat burr set, allowing it to grind a 20g dose in just 4–5 seconds. Had my ECM Synchronika serviced by Espresso Works recently and figured the service was worth writing a review of my excellent experience. I bought my machine second hand and immediately encountered a leak from my flow control valve. Another 5-star rated company charged me an absolute fortune and didn't resolve the issue until the second visit. I had to show them how to fix the leak, and that it was two perished o-rings that caused it. The fix only requires 10 minutes of work and a few dollars in parts. They also returned my machine with a dent and several scratches. The reason I include this anecdote is because it doesn't seem uncommon for companies to offer servicing and repairs for premium machines and not actually know what they're doing or take any care in the quality of their work. Espresso Works is a welcome exception to this. Meaghan organised for Dom to both collect and return my machine; both times were prompt and on time. When it was returned, all surfaces had been wiped down and looked almost new again. All my valves, levers and taps are smoother and quieter than I'd have expected them to be on a several year old machine! They listened to what my concerns were about the machine before pickup and these were reflected in the service report on my invoice where each issue was looked into. In short, I highly recommend Espresso Works to anyone with a premium machine, especially those with ECM machines, as the work done on mine is fantastic and the experience interacting with their company was great.Posted on Google![]()

Top quality customer service. Great product range for high-end home coffee machines. I had small issues with my Torre Peppina. They sent a technician straight away to get it fixed and followed up to ensure the machine was working perfectly. I recommend buying with a local like Espresso Works Perth WA for the extra assistance post-sale.Posted on Google![]()
