The Eureka Mignon Turbo Coffee Grinder is a high-output espresso grinder designed for home and prosumer use. With its powerful 320W motor and 65mm hardened steel flat burrs, it delivers grinding performance comparable to commercial grinders while fitting comfortably in standard kitchen spaces. Its patented stepless micrometric adjustment system allows for precise grind control, and the Turbo’s Silent Technology ensures quieter operation, making it suitable for early-morning coffee preparation without disturbing others.
The Eureka Mignon Turbo is the high-output flagship of Eureka’s iconic Mignon range — a compact home and prosumer espresso grinder hand-built in Florence, Italy by Eureka, the brand crafting commercial and home grinders since 1920. The Turbo takes the celebrated Mignon platform and pushes it further: 65mm hardened steel flat burrs (the largest in the Mignon family), a more powerful 320W motor, and a higher 1,650 rpm burr speed deliver grinding performance comparable to commercial grinders — all in a compact footprint that still fits comfortably under standard kitchen cabinetry.
The defining strength of the Mignon Turbo is its raw speed and consistency. The 65mm hardened steel flat burrs are larger than the standard Mignon Specialita’s 55mm and comparable to those seen in commercial espresso grinders — meaning faster grinding, less heat generation per dose, and improved grind consistency for cleaner extractions. Output sits at an impressive 1.8–2.3 grams per second — meaning an 18g double shot grinds in around 8 seconds. Eureka’s patented stepless micrometric adjustment system delivers smooth, infinite grind control with precise micro-adjustments, and the bottom burr adjustment design preserves your grind setting between disassemblies — clean the burrs without losing your dial-in.
The Turbo brings Eureka’s Silent Technology — anti-vibration components and sound insulation reduce operating noise by approximately 20dB compared to conventional grinders, making the Turbo genuinely quiet enough for early-morning shots without disturbing the household. The ACE (Anti-Clumping & Electrostaticity) system distributes fluffy, evenly-spread grounds with minimal static directly into the portafilter, and the responsive touchscreen interface offers two programmable timed doses (accurate to one tenth of a second) plus a continuous mode for manual control. The rubber-coated adjustable hands-free portafilter fork accommodates any portafilter on the market, and the metallic outlet chute resists wear and is easy to clean. Finished in matt black for a clean, professional aesthetic that suits any home espresso bar, specialty kitchen, or low-volume café setup.

The Eureka Mignon Turbo Coffee Grinder is ideal for home espresso enthusiasts and prosumers who demand high performance from their equipment. Its compact size makes it suitable for home kitchens, while its advanced features cater to those who want commercial-grade grinding capabilities. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced barista, this grinder offers the precision and speed needed for quality espresso.
The Eureka Mignon Turbo Coffee Grinder features 65mm hardened steel flat burrs, which are the largest in the Mignon range. It is powered by a 320W motor that operates at 1,650 rpm, allowing for high output of 1.8–2.3 grams per second. This means that an 18g double shot can be ground in approximately 8 seconds. The grinder also includes a patented stepless micrometric adjustment system for precise grind control.
Yes, the Eureka Mignon Turbo Coffee Grinder is compatible with any portafilter on the market. It features a rubber-coated adjustable hands-free portafilter fork that securely holds the portafilter in place during grinding. This design allows for convenient, hands-free operation, making it easier to grind directly into the portafilter.
Maintaining the Eureka Mignon Turbo Coffee Grinder involves regular cleaning of the burrs to ensure optimal performance. The bottom burr adjustment design allows you to clean the burrs without losing your grind setting. It is recommended to use a brush to remove coffee grounds from the burrs and to periodically check for any wear on the components. Following these steps will help maintain the grinder's efficiency and longevity.
The Eureka Mignon Turbo stands out in the Mignon range due to its larger 65mm burrs and more powerful 320W motor, which provide faster grinding speeds and improved consistency compared to models like the Mignon Specialita, which has 55mm burrs. The Turbo's output of 1.8–2.3 grams per second offers commercial-grade performance, making it a suitable choice for those seeking higher output and efficiency in a compact design.
The Eureka Mignon Turbo Coffee Grinder comes with a manufacturer's warranty that typically covers defects in materials and workmanship. In Australia, support is available through authorised dealers and service centres, ensuring that customers can receive assistance with any issues that may arise. It's advisable to check the specific warranty terms provided by the retailer at the time of purchase for detailed information.

Had my ECM Synchronika serviced by Espresso Works recently and figured the service was worth writing a review of my excellent experience. I bought my machine second hand and immediately encountered a leak from my flow control valve. Another 5-star rated company charged me an absolute fortune and didn't resolve the issue until the second visit. I had to show them how to fix the leak, and that it was two perished o-rings that caused it. The fix only requires 10 minutes of work and a few dollars in parts. They also returned my machine with a dent and several scratches. The reason I include this anecdote is because it doesn't seem uncommon for companies to offer servicing and repairs for premium machines and not actually know what they're doing or take any care in the quality of their work. Espresso Works is a welcome exception to this. Meaghan organised for Dom to both collect and return my machine; both times were prompt and on time. When it was returned, all surfaces had been wiped down and looked almost new again. All my valves, levers and taps are smoother and quieter than I'd have expected them to be on a several year old machine! They listened to what my concerns were about the machine before pickup and these were reflected in the service report on my invoice where each issue was looked into. In short, I highly recommend Espresso Works to anyone with a premium machine, especially those with ECM machines, as the work done on mine is fantastic and the experience interacting with their company was great.Posted on Google![]()

Top quality customer service. Great product range for high-end home coffee machines. I had small issues with my Torre Peppina. They sent a technician straight away to get it fixed and followed up to ensure the machine was working perfectly. I recommend buying with a local like Espresso Works Perth WA for the extra assistance post-sale.Posted on Google![]()
