The La Marzocco Pico is the benchmark for home espresso grinders — built on 90+ years of La Marzocco’s commercial espresso heritage and engineered specifically as the ideal companion to the Linea Micra, Linea Mini, and GS3 home machines. At its heart sits a conical burr set driven by a brushless induction motor, calibrated to deliver consistent 18g doses with the kind of shot-to-shot reliability that defines the La Marzocco name. Sound-dampening engineering keeps the grinder remarkably quiet — a thoughtful detail for early-morning espresso routines — while the auto-close hopper transitions cleanly between doses with no messy aftermath. Two programmable doses plus a manual grind mode give you straightforward control without unnecessary complexity, and the included dose cup, portafilter fork, and cup-centring bracket make the workflow effortless on any espresso setup. Available in nine colours including the iconic Yellow, Red, Light Blue, and Navy Blue alongside refined Black, Crème, Satin Silver, and White, the Pico is built to be both a serious espresso tool and a piece of countertop design — engineered in Italy with the same attention to detail that defines every La Marzocco machine.

Maintaining the La Marzocco Pico Coffee Grinder involves regular cleaning of the burrs and the grind chamber to ensure optimal performance. Following these steps will help prolong the life of the grinder and maintain grind consistency.
The La Marzocco Pico Coffee Grinder stands out in the home grinder market due to its conical burrs and programmable dosing capabilities, which provide precise and consistent results. Had my ECM Synchronika serviced by Espresso Works recently and figured the service was worth writing a review of my excellent experience. I bought my machine second hand and immediately encountered a leak from my flow control valve. Another 5-star rated company charged me an absolute fortune and didn't resolve the issue until the second visit. I had to show them how to fix the leak, and that it was two perished o-rings that caused it. The fix only requires 10 minutes of work and a few dollars in parts. They also returned my machine with a dent and several scratches. The reason I include this anecdote is because it doesn't seem uncommon for companies to offer servicing and repairs for premium machines and not actually know what they're doing or take any care in the quality of their work. Espresso Works is a welcome exception to this. Meaghan organised for Dom to both collect and return my machine; both times were prompt and on time. When it was returned, all surfaces had been wiped down and looked almost new again. All my valves, levers and taps are smoother and quieter than I'd have expected them to be on a several year old machine! They listened to what my concerns were about the machine before pickup and these were reflected in the service report on my invoice where each issue was looked into. In short, I highly recommend Espresso Works to anyone with a premium machine, especially those with ECM machines, as the work done on mine is fantastic and the experience interacting with their company was great.Posted on Google![]()

Top quality customer service. Great product range for high-end home coffee machines. I had small issues with my Torre Peppina. They sent a technician straight away to get it fixed and followed up to ensure the machine was working perfectly. I recommend buying with a local like Espresso Works Perth WA for the extra assistance post-sale.Posted on Google![]()
